The pre-paid shipping label is for shipment from your location to Head Rush. Return shipping from Head Rush to you is calculated separately on the check out page. Pre-paid shipping labels will be emailed to you within 1 business day.

Please remove all carabiners, mounting equipment, pins, etc. from your unit and box before sending back for annual service. We are unable to ensure they will be returned.

  1. Add the item to your shopping cart. Note the quantity in your cart must match the number of units you want to have serviced.
  2. Add any additional items to your shopping cart. For example, add a pre-paid shipping label or pre-paid webbing.
  3. For easy shipping, you can buy a pre-paid shipping label to send your QuickFlight XL for service. Select the “Request Pick-Up Shipping Label” from the optional add-ons during your order. We will email you a shipping label for the box. You can then either drop the box at a FedEx location or call for a pick-up. Good for the continental US only.
  4. Complete the checkout process. You will be asked to complete your return address or shipping address, during checkout.
  5. To prevent damage from shipping, your device must be packed in its original box (or buy a replacement box). Include a copy of the invoice in each box. Please remove all carabiners, mounting chain, pins, etc. from your unit before sending. We are unable to ensure they will be returned.
  6. For USA customers, ship your unit(s) to the USA Service Center:

Each service includes a comprehensive 62-point inspection, repairs or replacements of worn parts (including webbing), cleaning, and testing across a full range of weights to ensure optimal performance.

How often do I need to service my TRUBLUE Auto Belay?

TRUBLUE Auto Belays require service inspections 15 months after the manufacturing date and every 12 months thereafter to ensure a high standard of performance and safety.

We offer two service options: a standard annual service appointment, where you send in your device for inspection and get the same one back, or contact us for our No Delay Belay program, which provides a quick swap for a recertified fleet device with zero downtime, as well as other benefits.

What wall height is a TRUBLUE Auto Belay compatible with?

TRUBLUE iQ with 12.5m (41ft) webbing:

  • Maximum wall height of 12.5 m (41 ft)
  • Minimum wall height of 4.5 m (14.8 ft)

TRUBLUE iQ with 20m (65.6ft) webbing:

  • Maximum wall height of 20 m (65.6ft)
  • Minimum wall height of 12 m (39.4 ft)
