Product Details

Adding a fourth sheave to the standard zipSTOP Brake Trolley can assist with stabilizing the Brake Trolley during braking. This is beneficial for zip lines that have lower tension and in installations where the redirection line is not directly overhead. In addition to increased performance it will also extend lifespan of the brake trolley by spreading out braking forces.

How is SafeLine used now?

TruBlue Safeline is one device with many missions. Currently, you can fine SafeLines in fire and utility worker training facilities, a crucial part of emergency egress systems for marine ferries, attached to machinery in dropped object protection plans, and more.

How often does a SafeLine need to be serviced?

TruBlue SafeLine requires service inspections 15 months after the manufacturing date and every 12 months thereafter to ensure a high standard of performance and safety. We offer a SafeLine Service Subscription program, which provides a quick swap for a recertified fleet device with zero downtime, as well as other benefits. You still own thedevice.

What mounting height is SafeLine compatible with?

SafeLine with 12.5m (41ft) webbing:

  • Maximum mounting height of 12.5 m (41 ft)
  • Minimum mounting height of 4.5 m (14.8 ft)

SafeLine with 20m (65.6ft) webbing:

  • Maximum mounting height of 20 m (65.6ft)
  • Minimum mounting height of 12 m (39.4 ft)

It is important to note that the maximum and minimum mounting height limits listed for all SafeLine models are requirements, not recommendations. To ensure safe operation, devices must be mounted within the specified mounting height range.

The mounting height for all SafeLine models is measured from the nozzle of the device to the ground.
