Product Details

Quickly manage safety alarms in climbing areas with the TRU-ALERT Reset Remote. Designed for staff, it instantly cancels height warnings or safety alarms with the press of a button and helps track safe climbing heights when paired with TRU-ALERT Height Sensors.

At least 5 Reset Remotes are suggested for Height Sensor optimal performance, though more may be needed depending on the size of facilities.

Key Features:

Instant Alarm Reset: Place the remote within 20 cm of an active TRU-ALERT Height Sensor to quickly clear any alarms and reset the system with the touch of a button, keeping your facility running smoothly and safely.

Easy to Use: Simply carry or wear the Reset Remote while working in the climbing area. The blue Reset Button is easily accessible for staff to press when needed.

Elevation Tracking: The TRU-ALERT Reset Remote monitors staff elevation through its Elevation Detector, which broadcasts the safe level to all paired TRU-ALERT Height Sensors. Because of this staff should avoid carrying the remote while climbing to maintain accurate readings.

Exclusive Modes: Unlock two exclusive modes when paired with the TRU-ALERT Reset Remote: Pause Mode and Suspend Mode. These modes temporarily disable height warnings and alarms while keeping the orientation and elevation detectors active. Ideal for facilities with high elements like slides and ropes courses.

Common Questions

Looking for a little extra help?
How is SafeLine used now?

TruBlue Safeline is one device with many missions. Currently, you can fine SafeLines in fire and utility worker training facilities, a crucial part of emergency egress systems for marine ferries, attached to machinery in dropped object protection plans, and more.

How often does a SafeLine need to be serviced?

TruBlue SafeLine requires service inspections 15 months after the manufacturing date and every 12 months thereafter to ensure a high standard of performance and safety. We offer a SafeLine Service Subscription program, which provides a quick swap for a recertified fleet device with zero downtime, as well as other benefits. You still own thedevice.

What mounting height is SafeLine compatible with?

SafeLine with 12.5m (41ft) webbing:

  • Maximum mounting height of 12.5 m (41 ft)
  • Minimum mounting height of 4.5 m (14.8 ft)

SafeLine with 20m (65.6ft) webbing:

  • Maximum mounting height of 20 m (65.6ft)
  • Minimum mounting height of 12 m (39.4 ft)

It is important to note that the maximum and minimum mounting height limits listed for all SafeLine models are requirements, not recommendations. To ensure safe operation, devices must be mounted within the specified mounting height range.

The mounting height for all SafeLine models is measured from the nozzle of the device to the ground.
